Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery date shown by the tracking information to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused, untried-on, and unworn

  • With original tags and in original, sealed packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry, nipple jewelry, and other intimate items must remain unused and unopened to qualify for a return.
Any item that shows signs of wear, use, or tampering will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Body jewelry, nipple jewelry, and other intimate items once opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (final sale)

  • Perishable goods

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the eligible item you have (if approved), and

  2. Place a new order separately once the return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
